The 2nd Company's enlisted breakdown was five sergeants, one corporal and eighty-nine "soldats" or privates. Only four of the sergeants are specifically designated as belonging to the 2nd Company. They are:
Francois de Monferand
Jean David Petricant
Louis Christophe Jacques Rigal
Pierre Robichon
The fifth sergeant, if he actually existed, may well be one of the numerous soldiers who are listed as "French soldier" in Dr. Lewis's work, Neptune's Militia, "Appendix: Crew and Marines of the South Carolina", pages 135-170, but, not specifically cited as belonging to the 2nd Company of the "Volontaires du Luxembourg".
In the above cited section of Dr. Lewis's work, Neptune's Militia, there is no one listed as being a corporal for the 2nd Company of the "Volontaires du Luxembourg". Again, he could indeed appear on the list but, is not cited as being a member of the 2nd Company of the "Volontaires du Luxembourg".
The enlisted men, "soldats" (privates), of the 2nd Company of the "Volontaires du Luxembourg" are listed in alphabetical order and are as follows:

(Note: A single soldier listed here, Valentine Nicholas Fontaine, is also cross-listed as a "volunteer sailor". There are no other occurrences of cross-listing for any of the individuals cited here.)
The discrepancies with the 2nd Company of the "Volontaires du Luxembourg" are larger than with the 1st Company. The 2nd Company is cited as having eighty-nine enlisted men and there are only eighty-five listed here. There is also one sergeant and the single corporal missing, too. Again, these men could easily be listed in Dr. Lewis's work, Neptune's Militia, "Appendix: Crew and Marines of the South Carolina", pages 135-170, as simply "French soldier" or "French sergeant" which does appear in this section of the work.
